The opportunity

We are seeking a visionary, outcomes-driven leader to architect and scale our global brand, events, and partner ecosystem. As the Vice President, Marketing Events, Brand & Partnerships, you will define the company’s voice in the market, orchestrate a portfolio of flagship experiences, and forge alliances that expand reach and drive measurable growth. This role owns the brand system and tentpole calendar, delivering moments that materially shift perception, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline. You will lead a multidisciplinary global team spanning brand/creative, experiential, and partner marketing—driving disciplined execution and outsized outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Events

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, design, production, and execution of a global event portfolio—spanning large-scale developer conferences, advertiser summits, trade show presence, roadshows, and intimate executive forums.
  • Build the annual tentpole calendar and content architecture; integrate product launches, keynote narratives, demos, and earned media to maximize impact.
  • Ensure world-class attendee experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats; oversee run-of-show, stagecraft, broadcast production, accessibility, and global localization.
  • Operationalize full-funnel measurement for every program (registration, engagement, MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline, etc); continuously optimize for ROI.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing and Communications to deliver unified narratives and post-event demand capture motions.
  • Manage agencies and production vendors with clear KPIs, SLAs, and fiscal discipline.

Brand

  • Define the brand architecture, positioning, and differentiated narrative; steward a global visual and verbal identity that scales across all touchpoints (ads, web, event production, etc).
  • Lead the in-house Creative Studio with strong creative judgment and operational rigor; establish intake, workflows, SLAs, resourcing models, and a world-class asset library.
  • Establish brand governance, naming frameworks, and co-branding standards; measure brand health (aided/unaided awareness, share of voice, NPS, traffic, and lift studies).

Partnerships

  • Be the chief architect of our partner ecosystem; prioritize and activate alliances across technology providers, gaming studios, platform partners, and advertising clients.
  • Structure and negotiate joint business plans, MDF, co-marketing agreements, and co-sell motions; ensure legal, privacy, and brand compliance.
  • Build repeatable partner programs—co-branded campaigns, content series, and tentpole partnership events—that scale across regions and segments.
  • Deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with clear attribution, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Leadership & Operations
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global, high-performing team; foster a culture of creativity, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Own budgets and forecasting across brand, events, and partner marketing; run competitive RFPs, MSAs, and vendor governance with procurement and finance.
  • Set ambitious OKRs; deploy instrumentation and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions across the portfolio.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • At least ten (10) years experience in marketing events with at least five (5) in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large scale events
  • Experience leading large, diverse teams collaborating across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional information

  • Relocation support is not available for this position
  • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
